Healthy Habits,
Happy life

Give your body vitamins each day,  

Fruits on your plate will keep illness at bay.  

Add yogurt daily to make muscles strong,  

Stay healthy and fit all day long.

 

Fish, meat, and veggies too,  

Make your body a king so true.  

Cucumbers, carrots, beets, and more,  

Will keep your skin fresh to the core.

 

At night, eat rotis, not rice,  

For a healthy body, that’s the advice.  

Morning and evening, yoga’s the way,  

To keep illness and weakness at bay.

 

Limit potatoes and sweets you eat,  

Cut down on oil and spices, keep it neat.  

Follow these rules, and you will see,  

A disease-free life is your guarantee.

 

Watch your belly, keep it lean,  

Stay strong and fit, always serene.  

For a long life without much strife,  

Good health will keep you free from strife.
